SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL

 

Pursuant to Section 5.25(1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Public Notice of a Special Meeting of Council is hereby given.

 

THE SPECIAL MEETING WILL BE HELD

 ON TUESDAY, 2 AUGUST 2022

 AT THE SHIRE OFFICE, COUNCIL CHAMBERS,

28 YOUGENUP ROAD, GNOWANGERUP, WA 6335

 COMMENCING AT 12:00PM

 

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the 2022-2023 Annual Budget:

  • Valuations and general rates for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Rate concessions for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Minimum payment for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Specified area rates - Gnowangerup Sporting Complex for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Specified area rates – Ongerup effluent system for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Waste collection rate for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Payment of rates options and interest charges for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • Imposition of fees and charges including rubbish removal charges for 2022-2023 Annual Budget
  • 2022-2023 Budget statement of financial activity and materiality threshold
  • Adoption of 2022-2023 Annual Budget
