Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park is situated in a peaceful natural bush enclave on a working farm bordering the Stirling Range National Park and is an idyllic base from which to explore the Stirling Ranges. The renowned Bluff Knoll is situated just 10 minutes from camp. By car, the Stirling Ranges are 4.5 hours south east of Perth and just one hour's drive north from Albany.
Leisurely walks around the camp reveal an abundance of seasonal orchids, wildflowers and birdlife. The communal fire pit is a great place to share stories, drink
wine and toast marshmallows.
On colder nights the camp lounge know as the ‘Bluff Knoll Ski Club HQ' with its wood heater is a cosy way to spend an evening in the bush. At night, the peace of the Camp Ground is interrupted by the calls of the Boobook Owl and the Tawny Frogmouth. Enjoy the bush with the luxury of 'power' and hot clean showers.
We have spacious powered and unpowered sites at Mt Trio.  No bookings are required except for powered sites for the Easter Break and the Queen’s Birthday Sept/Oct long
weekend.

Camp Kitchen - One of the best camp kitchens you will see. This wonderful outdoor undercover kitchen provides campers with preparation areas, free gas barbeques, fridge/freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles, fresh water and seating & tables. A fire pit is also provided for those that wish to cook on hot coals (Subject to fire restrictions).

Toilets and Showers - Flushing toilets and HOT CLEAN showers are the little luxury you need after a bush walk through the Stirling Ranges. Campers are always pleasantly suprised by our clean facilities. There are disabled facilities as well as is a baby’s bath and change table. Power is available for hairdryers etc.

Laundry - For those that get stuck, Laundry facilities are available.

Log Fire - An open fire is provided near the camp kitchen for the enjoyment of all campers.  Here many yarns are swapped over a glass of red wine.
Impromptu sing-a-longs and poetry recitals occur and the kids toast their marshmallows (subject to fire restrictions). A fire pit is also provided for those that wish to cook on hot coals (subject to fire restrictions). No private fires please due to bushfire risk!

Table Tennis / Information Room - This indoor/outdoor room provides the chance to have a friendly table tennis table challenge. Here you can also ‘identify ‘the ORCHIDS you have found on your walks by comparing them with the stunning photographs taken locally by our own Jarrad Dawson. There are also some wonderful wildflower, bird, reptile and fauna pics. And for the younger children a small confined grass area and sandpit is situated just off this room.

Camp Lounge  - The Bluff Knoll Ski Club HQ - An indoor/outdoor Camp Lounge known as the Bluff Knoll Ski Club HQ lounge provides shelter from colder nights. The lounge has a specially designed wood heater by Richard ‘Bear’ Hoar made from tractor brake drums.
