NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF SHIRE OF GNOWANGERUP STANDING ORDERS LOCAL LAW 2021

The above local law was published in the Gazette on the 18th March 2021 and will take effect from 1st April 2021.

The purpose of the local law is to make provisions about the orderly conduct of the proceedings and business of the Council.

The effect of the proposed local law is that all Council meetings, committee meetings, and other meetings as described in the Act, shall be governed by the proposed local law unless otherwise provided in the Act, regulations or other written law.

The local law may be inspected and copies obtained from the Shire office at 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup during normal office hours.
