DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION REFERRAL FOR LOT No. 48 STUTLEY STREET, GNOWANGERUP.

The Shire of Gnowangerup has received a development application from the landowners to construct a new 64m long x 21m wide with 6m walls shed for general purpose storage and machinery /workshop facility for their agricultural contractor business on the above premises as set out in the attached document and plans.

The Council would welcome any comments you may have on the proposal, whether supportive or not.  Any comments must be in writing and addressed to David Nicholson (Chief Executive Officer), Shire of Gnowangerup, 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup WA 6335 or emailed to gnpshire@gnowangerup.wa.gov.au and shall be received prior to the close of business on Wednesday 20 September 2023.

If no submission is received, Council will assume that you have no objection to the proposal proceeding.
