BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICER

The Shire is seeking a motivated & qualified tradesperson for the position of Asset Maintenance Officer.

As the Building Maintenance Officer, you will undertake building & other asset maintenance throughout the Shire. You will also contribute to the maintenance of parks & gardens equipment & other infrastructure assets as required. The ideal applicant will have a trade qualification in a building trade or demonstrated experience & skills in building & other built asset maintenance.

This position is fulltime (84 hour/9-day fortnight) & works under the Shire of Gnowangerup (Operational Works Crew) Enterprise Agreement 2020 (EA).  The EA also provides an additional two-day annual leave on the standard four weeks leave.

A total maximum remuneration package up to the value of $91,000 applies including matching Superannuation up to 5%, commuter use of a Shire vehicle, Industry Allowance & a Tool Allowance if own tools are used.
