HAVE YOUR SAY
The Shire of Gnowangerup is seeking the communities’ comments on the following proposals for the Old Bowling Club Building in Borden. The building has been assessed as having numerous structural issues, this makes it financially unfeasible to repair to a standard that meets current requirements.
The Shire is proposing that one of the following actions take place.
- Demolition by a contractor
- Demolition by a community-based group or individual (expressions of interest sort)
- Demolition by an external based group or individual
It is proposed that the site will be used for the relocation of the Bush Fire Brigade shed once funding becomes available.
