AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL REPORT 2021/2022

At its meeting held on 14 December 2022, the Council resolved to accept the Shire of Gnowangerup’s Annual Report for the year ended 30th June 2022.

In accordance with section 5.55 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the availability of the Shire of Gnowangerup 2021/2022 Annual Report. The 2021/2022 Annual Report  including the Annual Financial Report is available for viewing via the Council website: www.gnowangerup.wa.gov.au or by contacting the Shire office to obtain a copy (at no charge). Copies will also be made available at the Annual Electors’ Meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SHIRE OF GNOWANGERUP ANNUAL ELECTORS’ MEETING WILL BE HELD

 

ON WEDNESDAY 7:00PM ON 1 FEBRUARY 2023

 

AT THE BORDEN PAVILION, STONE ST, BORDEN, WESTERN AUSTRALIA  6338

AGENDA:

  1. Official Opening
  2. Confirmation of Minutes of the Annual Electors’ Meeting, held 23 March 2022
  3. Shire President’s Report
  4. Chief Executive Officer’s Report
  5. Receiving of the 2021/2022 Annual Report including the Annual Financial Report
  6. General Business
  7. Public Question Time

Questions requiring research should be presented in writing to the Chief Executive Officer at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting date, in order to afford a fuller explanation on the night.
