The Shire of Gnowangerup recently hosted a community information session in partnership with DFES to provide residents with a better understanding of earthquakes and what they mean for our local area. The session covered recent earthquake activity around Gnowangerup, what to expect moving forward, and practical steps the community can take to stay safe before, during and after an earthquake. Residents are encouraged to review the information provided and take simple steps to be prepared.
