RFT 2023-1 'WET & DRY PANEL TENDER '

VARIATION TO INFORMATION

As per the  Local Government {Functions & General} Regulations 1996, Section 24AD (6) as  follows:

'24AD Requirements when inviting persons to apply to join  panel  of  pre-qualified suppliers

{6}  After  a notice  has been  given  under subregulation {2}, a local  government  may vary the information referred to in subregulations (4) and (5) by taking reasonable steps to give each person who has sought detailed information about the proposed panel or each  person who has submitted  an application,  as the  case may be, notice of the  variation.'

The Shire of Gnowangerup hereby advises that the closing date ofTender No: RFT2023-1 Panel of Contractors 'Wet And Dry Hire of Plant and Equipment' has been 19 August 2022 to allow for the optional information workshop to be held 15 August 2022. The workshop will be held at the Shire of Gnowangerup Administration Officer and if you are unable to attend in person the workshop will be available by teams. Please advise prior to the workshop date if you will be attending via teams so we can provide you with the participation link.
