IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ACCESS TO WASTE FACILITIES (TIPS)

The Shire of Gnowangerup wishes to advise all ratepayers and residents that the new waste facility (Tip) gates will come into operation on Monday 22nd February 2021 for the Gnowangerup, Borden and Ongerup sites.
Access to these facilities will be by Swipe Card during the advertised times ONLY. The sites will be closed at all other times.
Monday Closed
Tuesday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Friday Closed
Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday & Public Holidays 8:00am - 4:00pm
Shire of Gnowangerup residents and businesses will need to obtain their swipe cards from the Shire Administration Office prior to 22nd February 2021. There is no charge for the swipe cards but charges will apply to replacement cards. One card will be issued per household.
CCTV Cameras are operational at all sites to aid in identification of persons dumping banned materials such as asbestos and tyres.
