Dr Wole and Kemi will be taking a break from the surgery from 20th April until 17th June (inclusive).
For this 2 - month period, the surgery will operate under a telephone service system.
The surgery opening hours during this period will be:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
9am until 3pm
Our Medical Receptionist (Rikarly) and Practice Nurse (Kate) will be present at the surgery on these days as usual.
All Medical Emergencies and injuries will need to present at the Gnowangerup Hospital during this period.
Please phone the surgery during opening hours to make a booking.
