SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL
Pursuant to Section 5.25(1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Public Notice of a Special Meeting of Council is hereby given.
THE SPECIAL MEETING WILL BE HELD
ON WEDNESDAY, 13th APRIL 2022
AT THE SHIRE OFFICE, COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
28 YOUGENUP ROAD, GNOWANGERUP, WA 6335
COMMENCING AT 5:00PM
The purpose of the meeting will be the VARIATION TO THE MEDICAL CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES FOR THE SHIRE OF GNOWANGERUP.
The discussion of this matter will be closed to members of the public as the item is considered confidential pursuits to Section 5.23(2)(c) of the Local Government Act 1995 as a contract will be entered into or which may be entered into as the result of this item.
